Shipping Policy
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship from our facility in Czech Republic to customers via Packeta and their partners to selected markets.
Delivery Options
Shipping options vary depending on the destination country. During checkout, customers can select from all available delivery methods applicable to their shipping address.
Delivery times and shipping costs may differ based on the selected option and destination. All available options, including prices, are clearly shown before the order is finalized.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Email confirmation with Packeta tracking number
- Ability to track your package at packeta.com
Pick-up Point Collection
- Packages are held at pick-up points for 7 days
- Bring a valid ID when collecting your package
- You'll receive collection instructions via email
Shipping Restrictions
- Maximum package weight: 15kg
- Maximum length of one side of the shipment: 120 cm
- Maximum sum of dimensions of all three sides of the shipment: 150 cm
- Minimum dimensions: 10 × 7 × 1 cm
- We cannot ship to PO boxes
- Some remote areas may have extended delivery times
Customs and Duties
No additional customs duties or taxes apply to your shipment, since we ship to within the EU common market.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery notification
- Package insurance available upon request
