This innovative product is fully compatible with all types of oils: synthetic, mineral, hydraulic, transmission, and motor oils. Application is simple, the product is added directly to the oil, where it circulates and forms a protective layer on friction surfaces.

Dosage

Passenger cars

• Gasoline and diesel engines: 50 ml per 1 liter of engine oil (e.g., use 250 ml for a 5-liter fill)
• Automatic transmissions: 150 ml per full tank of transmission oil
• Manual transmissions: 150 ml per full tank of oil
• Differentials: 70 ml per full differential tank
• Power steering: 50 ml per full hydraulic fluid tank

Motorcycles

• Four-stroke engines: 50 ml per 1 liter of engine oil
• Two-stroke engines: 50 ml per 1 liter of oil mixed with gasoline
• Motorcycle gearboxes: 50 ml per 1 liter of gear oil

Industrial use

• Crankcase: 30–60 ml/l of engine oil every 300 hours (older machines: 60 ml/l)
• Gearboxes, isolated units: 30–60 ml/l every 1,000 hours (every 500 hours under high load)
• Compressors: 30–60 ml/l in piston, rotary, and refrigeration units every 1,000 hours
• Hydraulic systems: 250 ml per 22 liters of hydraulic fluid every 1,000 hours
• Metalworking: Apply a thin layer during drilling, turning, pressing, and milling
• Bearings: Immerse bearings in METALTEC-1 during assembly or add 60 ml/kg of lubricant
• Workshop use: Ideal for pneumatic tools, chains, valves, electric motors, and bearings

Special applications

• Brake systems: Application under the rubber sleeve prevents seizing and corrosion.
• Fuel system maintenance: Add 250 ml to the tank to protect injection pumps and injectors (repeat every 15,000 km).
• LPG vehicles: Supports lubrication and increases system reliability.

Trucks and machinery

• For engines with a capacity of more than 5 liters, add 75 ml of METALTEC-1 per liter of engine capacity.
• Example: For an 8-liter engine with an oil capacity of 60 liters: 75 ml x 8 = 600 ml
