METALTEC-1 PROFESSIONAL metal conditioner is the latest work of molecular engineering and an extraordinary product intended for use in industry, which in its structure contains, among other things, a formula for metal conditioning on a molecular basis.

The formula contained in METALTEC-1 PROFESSIONAL metal conditioner binds to the metal molecularly, modifies it and creates a super-durable network as a molecular bond resistant to high temperatures and high mechanical stress (extreme friction).

METALTEC-1 PROFESSIONAL is added to oil in order to ensure the required service life and maintain full operability of equipment such as: gearboxes, internal combustion engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, compressors, differentials and other industrial equipment.

METALTEC-1 PROFESSIONAL combines with metal in places where friction occurs. It is a metal conditioner, not a traditional additive for improving oil properties. Oil is only a carrier medium for the preparation.

METALTEC-1 PROFESSIONAL refines and protects metal surfaces using a permanently impregnated molecular bond (molecular network). METALTEC-1 PROFESSIONAL modifies the properties of friction surfaces and effectively increases the strength of the boundary (lubricating) layer on the surface of metals that are exposed to friction. The boundary layer, which is increased as a result of the formation of molecular bonds, withstands the effects of high temperatures and high mechanical loads (extreme friction). It increases efficiency, extends the life of equipment, reduces downtime and helps prevent equipment failures.

METALTEC-1 PROFESSIONAL improves the "balance sheet result" by reducing energy consumption, reducing operating costs and reducing the need for major repairs on equipment. METALTEC-1 PROFESSIONAL is miscible with all transmission and engine oils, both synthetic and mineral, hydraulic fluids, hydraulic oils, turbine oils, compressor oils and diesel. METALTEC-1 PROFESSIONAL does not affect the rheological properties of the oil, i.e. kinematic viscosity and alkalinity number.

METALTEC-1 PROFESSIONAL contains synthetic base components, wear-reducing additives, antioxidants, compounds intended for use in extreme pressure and a natural anti-corrosion system.
